RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your merchandise, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in the condition you received them, with tags still attached and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com in order to start your exchange or return authorization process with a note about the reason for your exchange or return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges or returns. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed. Thank you.
